在目前激烈的市场竞争环境中,上市可以说是很多民营医院的憧憬,也是它们为之努力的目标,民营医院希望通过上市来获得更多的发展资金,并不断地做大自己的市场份额。本文首先对民营医院上市进行概述,解读民营医院目前的困境和未来的前景,分析民营医院上市的主要方式和途径,最后对民营医院上市需做准备提出建议。
In the current fierce market competition environment, the listing can be said that many private hospitals look forward to, but also their efforts to the goal, private hospitals hope to get more development funds through the market, and continue to expand their market share. This article first summarizes the listing of private hospitals, interprets the current dilemma and future prospects of private hospitals, analyzes the main ways and means of listing private hospitals, and finally puts forward suggestions on how to prepare private hospitals for listing.
