随着社会经济的发展与经济结构的不断优化,我国已经进入经济新常态,在经济新常态下,社会政策更加适用,市场竞争加剧,物业行业是我国的新兴行业,随着居民生活水平的提高,其发展态势如火如荼,因此,在激烈的市场竞争下,通过合理的绩效考核与评价对物业行业的发展提出合理的建议措施,促进我国物业行业的进步成为值得关注的话题。本文正是基于这种背景下,首先阐述了绩效考核的相关概念,对绩效考核有一个大体的了解,其次,通过案例分析来对物业行业的绩效考核与应用加以阐述与说明,最后,针对物业行业绩效考核提出相关建议措施,以提升物业行
