Reporters from the 2014 wheat quality evaluation cum wheat quality seminar was informed that the Ministry of Agriculture in 2014 to continue the organization of wheat quality testing, laboratory analysis and expert on-site appraisal activities. According to the test evaluation results of 18 wheat producing provinces, 735 wheat samples and 227 varieties, the quality of wheat in China is still dominated by medium strong gluten wheat in 2014, and the proportion of wheat with good cooking quality is over 50%.
