结合工程实践,对移设工程中同一挖掘周期内不同机位间的走铲、不同挖掘周期间的走铲循环、升降段作业走铲等各类移设情况进行了详细的分析与计算,确定了作业中心线位置与设备各机位作业位置,设计了设备移设路线,优化了升降段作业参数与设备作业程序,为现场施工提供了可靠的参考。
Combined with the engineering practice, this paper analyzes and calculates all kinds of relocation situations such as the shoveling between different stations in the same excavation cycle, the shoveling cycle in different digging cycles, the work-removing shovel in the lifting section and so on. The location of work center line and the working position of each position of equipment are designed. The route of equipment relocation is designed and the operating parameters and equipment operating procedures of lifting section are optimized. This provides a reliable reference for on-site construction.
