我国汽车钢板弹簧过去普遍采用硅锰弹簧钢(60Si_2Mn,55Si_2Mn),它存在着淬透性不足,脱碳倾向严重等缺点。55SiMnVB钢种减少了硅元素的含量,加入微量的硼和少量钒,对提高回火稳定性,细化晶粒,提高钢的强度与韧性起到一定的作用,从而也相对提高了弯曲疲劳强度。 单面双槽弹簧扁钢(图1),是将承压面开二条槽子,使断面中性线移向承拉面,
