慢性苯中毒致血液系统的影响,大多数研究已集中于循环血。本研究试图于同一生物活体进行动式吸入染毒,分期采血作血淋巴细胞培养,动态观察染色体畸变和姊妹染色单体互换(SCE_s);同时,进行血涂片观察白细胞DNA和RNA改变。从时间—效应上分析诸相关性,以探讨慢性苯中毒引起机体的染色体和核酸的改变,从而探求慢性苯中毒早期诊断指标,为临床应用提供依据。
The impact of chronic benzene poisoning on the blood system, most of the research has focused on circulating blood. In this study, we attempted to perform dynamic inhalation exposure on the same living organism, blood staging for blood lymphocyte culture, dynamic observation of chromosomal aberrations and sister chromatid exchange (SCE_s). Meanwhile, blood smears were used to observe leukocyte DNA and RNA changes. From the time-effect analysis of the correlation to explore the chronic benzene poisoning caused by the body’s chromosome and nucleic acid changes in order to explore the early indicators of chronic benzene poisoning, provide the basis for clinical application.
