为满足地区企业用电户与居民电力需求的增长，需在维柳伊河上修建梯级第二级电站——维柳伊３号水电站。介绍维柳伊３号水电站的主体建筑物、枢纽施工现状和１９９９年第一台机组投入运行需要完成的主要的安装工程。
