目的 :探讨乌三颗粒对肿瘤新生血管形成的干预及干预机制。方法 :采用免疫组织化学染色法 ,病理彩色图像定量分析法 ,对各小鼠S180 肉瘤组织进行MVD、VEGF和bFGF表达的检测。结果 :乌三颗粒能明显下调MVD、VEGF和bFGF的表达。结论 :乌三颗粒对肿瘤新生血管的形成有明显干预作用 ,这可能是乌三颗粒抗肿瘤的重要途径之一。
Objective : To investigate the effect of Wu San Granule on the intervention of tumor neovascularization and its intervention mechanism. METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining and pathological color image quantitative analysis were used to detect the expression of MVD, VEGF and bFGF in S180 sarcoma tissues of each mouse. Results: Wusan granules can significantly down-regulate the expression of MVD, VEGF and bFGF. Conclusion: Wusan granule has obvious intervention on the formation of tumor neovascularization, which may be one of the important ways for Wusan granule to resist tumor.
