本文报道了采用自制复方汞溴红滴耳剂治疗４２例霉菌性外耳道炎的效果。其中１０例尚合并单纯性慢性化脓性中耳炎。治疗前包括混合细菌感染在内的外耳道霉菌培养阳性率为８５７１％，在能分型的９例中全部为念珠菌。体外药敏实验表明该制剂对念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌明显优于耳癣酊或与之相当，而氯霉素甘油对霉菌无作用。治疗后经长达（平均）１３月以上的随访，治愈３４例（８０９５％），好转７例（１６６７％），复发１例（２３８％）。
This article reports the use of homemade compound mercurochrome red eardrops in the treatment of 42 cases of fungal otitis externa. Ten of them were complicated with simple chronic suppurative otitis media. The positive rate of fungal culture of external auditory canal, including mixed bacterial infection before treatment, was 85.71%, and Candida was all in 9 cases that could be typed. In vitro susceptibility testing showed that the preparation of candida and Staphylococcus aureus was significantly better than or equivalent to the ear ring tinctures, and no effect of chloramphenicol glycerol on the mold. After treatment for up to (average) more than 13 months of follow-up, 34 cases were cured (80.95%), 7 cases improved (16.6%) and 1 case (2.38%) relapsed.
