通过对煤矿安全生产管理的实践,使我深刻体会到:安全就是效益,安全就是生产力.我矿83年末投产,前5年井下因工死亡20人、重伤83人、轻伤264人.这给企业带来很大损失:一是支付医疗费、工伤工资费、困补费、丧葬费、抚恤金竟达270多万元、直接影响了全矿的经济效益,二是死亡的20人永远不能再创造价值,还给家庭带来痛苦和不能弥补的损失,并继续支付着其家属的抚养费;三是65名重伤终身失去劳动能力,继续支付着医疗费、护理费等,增加了企业的经济负担;四是有8名重伤和248名轻伤调
