为了解决无电地区及无恒温箱的栽培者冬季制菌种问题,笔者就地取材制作了热水瓶培养箱,收到了较好效果,其做法是:取一只纸箱,将箱竖放,箱盖作门,用木板分隔成上下两层,上层稍大放菌种瓶,下层放灌满开水的盐水瓶作热源;门也分上、下门,箱外做棉套保温,中间插入一支温度计。箱温借放入热水瓶数量和换瓶次数来控制,开始三、四天多放几瓶热水,待菌种萌发自身产生热后,可减少换瓶的次数和只数。如果温度能控制在26℃左右,培养24天菌丝可长满管。
