苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti Medic.)是锦葵科一年生草本植物,在医药业和农业方面均有较高的应用价值。实验通过组织培养技术,以苘麻小苗的茎段和叶片为外植体诱导产生愈伤组织,为苘麻的细胞培养和快繁奠定基础。实验结果表明:苘麻种子的最适消毒处理为0.1%升汞8 min;种子萌发培养基为蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂5.7 g/L;由茎段和叶片诱导愈伤组织阶段的最佳培养基为MS培养基+琼脂7g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L+6-BA 3.0 mg/L。
