成人高等教育的“规范化管理”是提高成人教育质量和实现教育目标的有效途径,“规范化管理”表现在多方面,本质是成人高等教育管理的人性化,管理的人性化诉诸于我们要建立人性化的“规范化管理”。对此,加强管理队伍建设;完善管理规章制度;实行教育管理程序化;推进教育管理现代化;构建科学的教育管理监控体系是实现成人高等教育“规范化管理”的现实诉求。
