目的:建立复方龙脷胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC法对处方中栀子、麦冬、白芍、大黄进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法以乙腈-水(15∶85)、甲醇-水(95∶5)为流动相,在检测波长238 nm和254 nm处分别测定栀子苷和大黄素、大黄酚。结果:薄层鉴别分离度好,专属性强。栀子苷、大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.493 2~2.959 2μg(r=0.999 5)、0.054~0.54μg(r=0.999 9)、0.011~0.11μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.0%和100.3%,100.5%,RSD分别为1.4%,1.9%和1.2%。结论:该法简便可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于复方龙脷胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality control method for compound Longjuan capsule. Methods: The prescriptions of gardenia, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and rhubarb were identified qualitatively by TLC method. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (15:85) and methanol - water (95: 5) Geniposide, emodin and chrysophanol were determined at 238 nm and 254 nm, respectively. Results: The identification of thin layer separation, specificity and strong. The linear relationship between geniposide, emodin and chrysophanol in the range of 0.493 2 ~ 2.959 2 μg (r = 0.999 5), 0.054 ~ 0.54 μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.011 ~ 0.11 μg (r = 1.0000) The recoveries were 100.0%, 100.3% and 100.5%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.4%, 1.9% and 1.2%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, the results are accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Compound Longjuan Capsules.
