本着改善YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉发光性能的目的,研究了固相法制备YAG:Ce3+的后处理工艺,获得了相关工艺参数。探索了以草酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、己二酸、酒石酸和乙二胺四乙酸等有机酸为后处理剂时,后处理剂的种类和浓度等因素对荧光粉发光性能的影响,还对荧光粉的后处理温度以及时间等工艺条件进行了对比实验,通过荧光光谱测试、荧光粉温度猝灭特性和扫描电子显微镜等测试手段对处理前后YAG:Ce3+荧光粉的发光性能、表面形貌和热猝灭性能等方面进行了表征和分析,获得了优化的后处理工艺参数。处理后的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉,其发光强度较处理前有明显的提高,颗粒分散程度和热猝灭性能均得到改善。
In order to improve the luminescent properties of YAG: Ce3 + yellow phosphor, the post-treatment process of YAG: Ce3 + by solid-state method was studied and the relevant process parameters were obtained. The effects of oxalic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, adipic acid, tartaric acid and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as post-treatment agent on the luminescent properties of phosphors were also investigated. Powder processing temperature and time of the process conditions such as comparative experiments carried out by fluorescence spectroscopy, fluorescence quenching temperature characteristics and scanning electron microscopy and other test means before and after treatment of YAG: Ce3 + phosphor luminescent properties, surface morphology and heat Quenching performance and other aspects of the characterization and analysis, access to optimize the post-processing process parameters. The treated YAG: Ce3 + phosphor has a significantly improved luminescence intensity compared with that before treatment, and the degree of particle dispersion and thermal quenching performance are improved.
