葛洲坝水电站的水轮发电机组投产运行20多a以来,机组长期处于满负荷工况下运行,年平均运行小时数高达6 500 h以上,相当于其他水电站机组运行30多a。目前机组设备及其部件的老化现象严重,故障率不断上升,严重地影响着电力生产的安全运行。电站通过分析、研究,决定在进行设备改造检修的同时,将125 MW机组增容至146 MW,既实现了设备的更新换代,又适应了三峡工程建成后的联合运行。
Gezhouba Hydroelectric Power Station hydropower generating units put into operation more than 20 a since long-term operation of the unit at full load conditions, the average number of hours of operation up to 6 500 h or more, equivalent to other hydropower units operating more than 30 a. At present, the aging phenomenon of equipment and its components is serious and the failure rate is continuously rising, which seriously affects the safe operation of power generation. After analyzing and researching, the power station decided to increase the capacity of the 125 MW unit to 146 MW while upgrading and repairing the equipment. This not only realizes the upgrading of the equipment but also meets the joint operation after the completion of the Three Gorges Project.
