近年来基层党建工作方面的创新实践层出不穷,这些成果为进一步深入研究提供了丰富的素材。但是在党建创新工作取得显著成绩的同时,也必须看到基层党组织仍处于社会转型期,传统体制与观念制约下的基层党组织应对各种新情况的实践,与变化中的传统基层社会仍然存在诸多矛盾,对此需要长久的经验积累与细致的理性分析。只有这样才能在更高的层次上把握好基层党建的基本规律,使得基层党建从原有的社会建构体系中走出来,重新定位政党与社会的关系,重新定位党的社会功能以及相应的组织体系。文章具体分析了上海基层党建研究的难点和趋势。
