目的：通过多中心临床研究的方式，分析双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：于2012年2月到2014年2月，在我市A医院、B医院以及C医院分别选取60例糖尿病视网膜病变患者，均采用双丹明目胶囊进行治疗，比较三家医院患者的临床疗效。结果：A、B、C三家医院患者治疗的总有效率分别为96．7％、95．0％以及98．3％，三家医院患者治疗的总有效率之间两两比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：双丹明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变，具有非常显著的临床疗效，大多数患者均能够得到很好的治疗，该治疗方法具有在临床上推广应用的深远价值。“,”Objective:through the clinical research center,analysis the clinical curative ef ect of Shuangdan Mingmu capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:from 2012 February to 2014 February were selected,60 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy in my A hospital,B hospital and C hospital,use of Shuangdan Mingmu capsules for treatment,comparison of three hospital patients.Results:A,B,C treated patients in three hospitals in the total ef ective rate was 96.7%,95%and 98.3%,three hospital patients and the total ef iciency between two two there was no significant diference (P >0.05).Conclusion:Shuangdan Mingmu capsule in the treatment ofdiabetic retinopathy,has clinical curative efect remarkable,most patients were able to obtain the very good treatment,the treatment method is of great value in clinical application.
