10月16日,河北省石家庄市河北会堂外彩旗飘扬,车辆来来往往,鲜艳的彩虹门渲染着热闹的气氛。这一天,河北省宜林荒山、荒滩、荒地使用权流转推介洽谈会暨签约仪式在这里举行,全省九个设区市,59个县级林业局到这里为他们的荒山荒地找到了婆家;省内省外的二十多家涉林企业寻找到了与林业结合,壮大自身的致富良机。这是经河北省人民政府批准,由河北省林业局、河北省绿化委员会办公室主办,各市绿化委员会办公室、林业局协办的一次大型荒山“促销”活动。从官方意义上讲,这是河北省林业部门进一步落实《中共中央国务院关于加快林业发展的决定》和《中共河北省委河北省人民政府关于推进林业跨越式发展的决定》精神的重大举
