研究了装载机铲斗插入土体过程的阻力变化,在分析原车工作装置液压系统性能的基础上,提出使用神经模糊控制技术控制装载机铲斗插入土体过程的电液比例液压系统。从工程应用角度探求了运用神经网络、模糊逻辑等新技术对液压系统实施有效控制的途径。
Based on the analysis of the performance of the hydraulic system of the working equipment of the original vehicle, the electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic system that controls the loader bucket inserted into the soil by using the neural fuzzy control technology is proposed. From the perspective of engineering application, this paper explores the ways to effectively control the hydraulic system by using the new technologies such as neural network and fuzzy logic.
