家兔是心血管实验研究的常用动物。其心输出量(CO)的测定一般采用Fick法、染料稀释法等经典或传统技术,但因条件限制许多实验室应用不多。阻抗法测定CO问世后,由于无创伤、简便、重复性好并能获得心功能的多项数据而在临床推广使用,但在动物实验尤其是家兔实验中应用仍很少。为此我们开展了阻抗法测定家兔CO的研究,并与电磁流量计法
Rabbits are the common animal for cardiovascular experimental research. The determination of cardiac output (CO) commonly used Fick method, dye dilution method, such as classical or traditional techniques, but due to limited conditions, many laboratory applications. After the advent of impedance method CO, it has been widely used clinically due to its advantages of noninvasiveness, simpleness, good repeatability and good cardiac function. However, it is rarely used in animal experiments, especially in rabbits. To this end, we carried out the impedance method for the determination of rabbit CO research, and with the electromagnetic flowmeter method
