本文观察不同剂量γ线照射后小鼠大肠运动变化和肠套叠形成.正常大肠活动为规则的周期性收缩,照射后连续性收缩发生例数随照射剂量增大而增多,收缩频率增加,同时约有50%左右的小鼠发生大肠强收缩.有3例小鼠大肠在强收缩同时出现大肠套叠.套叠产生部位多在升结肠,仅有少数小鼠大肠运动可为不同程度的抑制.因而设想大肠套叠的发生可能与肠运动功能增强有关.
