采用荧光光谱法同时测定混合物体系中萘氧乙酸(BNOA)和吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)两种植物激素。在pH 8.5的条件下,以水为溶剂,选择Δλ=100 nm,在200~500 nm的波长范围对两者的混合物进行了同步荧光光谱扫描,并做一阶导数处理,对其进行定量分析。BNOA和IAA的线性范围是0.01~0.3μg/mL和0.045~0.64μg/mL,检出限分别为0.003μg/mL和0.012μg/mL。方法用于果蔬中BNOA和IAA的同时检测,效果良好。该法可作为植物激素快速检测方法。
Simultaneous determination of two plant hormones, naphthoxyacetic acid (BNOA) and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), by fluorescence spectrometry. Under the conditions of pH 8.5, with the water as the solvent, the fluorescence spectra of the mixture of both were selected by Δλ = 100 nm in the wavelength range of 200 ~ 500 nm, and the first-order derivatives were used for quantitative analysis . The linear range of BNOA and IAA was 0.01 ~ 0.3μg / mL and 0.045 ~ 0.64μg / mL with the detection limits of 0.003μg / mL and 0.012μg / mL, respectively. The method was applied to the simultaneous detection of BNOA and IAA in fruits and vegetables with good effect. The method can be used as a rapid method for the detection of plant hormones.
