目的探究血清尿酸水平与妊娠高血压综合征患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取2010年3月—2013年7月丰城市妇幼保健院收治的66例妊娠高血压综合征患者,参考妊娠高血压综合征分类标准将其分为轻中度妊娠高血压综合征30例(A组),子痫前期19例(B组),子痫17例(C组);选取同期住院的65例正常妊娠妇女为对照组。比较4组受试者血清尿酸水平,分析妊娠高血压综合征患者血压与血清尿酸水平的关系,观察妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩情况与新生儿状况。结果对照组血清尿酸水平为(12.3±6.6)μg/L,A组为(20.1±10.9)μg/L,B组为(28.4±16.8)μg/L,C组为(40.6±19.7)μg/L,B组血清尿酸水平高于A组(P<0.05),C组血清尿酸水平高于B组(P<0.05)。妊娠高血压综合征患者血清尿酸水平与舒张压(r=0.002,P=0.002)、收缩压(r=0.006,P=0.003)均呈正相关。3组患者剖宫产率、早产率及产后出血发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组新生儿体质量及Apgar评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清尿酸水平与妊娠高血压综合征患者病情严重程度呈正相关,可作为评价妊娠高血压综合征患者病情严重程度的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and the severity of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Sixty-six patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (Hypertension syndrome) admitted to Fengcheng MCH from March 2010 to July 2013 were enrolled and divided into three groups according to the classification of pregnancy-induced hypertension (Hypertension syndrome): 30 cases of mild to moderate pregnancy-induced hypertension A group), 19 cases of preeclampsia (group B) and 17 cases of eclampsia (group C). Sixty-five normal pregnant women were selected as the control group. Serum uric acid levels were compared between the four groups. The relationship between blood pressure and serum uric acid level in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension was analyzed. The status of delivery and neonatal status in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were observed. Results The level of serum uric acid in the control group was (12.3 ± 6.6) μg / L, that in the group A was (20.1 ± 10.9) μg / L, that in the group B was (28.4 ± 16.8) μg / L, that in the group C was 40.6 ± 19.7 μg / The levels of serum uric acid in L and B groups were higher than those in A group (P <0.05). The levels of serum uric acid in C group were higher than those in B group (P <0.05). Serum uric acid levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure (r = 0.002, P = 0.002) and systolic blood pressure (r = 0.006, P = 0.003) There were significant differences in cesarean section rate, preterm birth rate and postpartum hemorrhage between the three groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference in body mass and Apgar score between the three groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The serum uric acid level is positively correlated with the severity of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and may be used as an index to evaluate the severity of the disease in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.
