采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和希朗诺尔-埃米特-泰勒(BET)测试法分析了改进型LY-C2-02催化剂的孔结构,报道并比较了LY-C2-02催化剂和G-58 C催化剂(德国南方公司生产)在中国石油兰州石化分公司乙烯装置C2加氢单元3段反应器上应用的数据。7个月的应用结果表明:在第一、二、三段C2加氢除炔反应器中,LY-C2-02催化剂适合在V(H2)/V(C2H2)为0.8~1.2,0.9~1.4,1.2~6.0的条件下使用;当第一段使用G-58 C催化剂,第二、三段使用LY-C2-02催化剂时,以及当第一、二、三段均使用G-58 C催化剂时,乙烷增量(体积分数)分别为0.329%,0.589%。
The pore structure of the modified LY-C2-02 catalyst was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and spectroscopy (SEM), and the LY-C2-02 catalyst and G-58 C The catalyst (produced by Southern Company of Germany) was used on the 3-stage reactor of C2 hydrogenation unit of ethylene unit of PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The application results of 7 months showed that LY-C2-02 catalyst was suitable for the hydrogenation of acetylene in the first, second and third stages of C2 hydrogenation reactor at V (H2) / V (C2H2) of 0.8 ~ 1.2 and 0.9 ~ 1.4 , 1.2 ~ 6.0. When the G-58 C catalyst was used in the first stage, the LY-C2-02 catalyst was used in the second and third stages, and the G-58 C catalyst was used in the first, second and third stages , The increment of ethane (volume fraction) was 0.329% and 0.589% respectively.
