[ 目的] 观察不同光照、温度条件对血栓烷合成酶抑制剂钠盐稳定性的影响.[ 方法] 观察血栓烷合成酶抑制剂钠盐对光、湿度及温度的稳定性.[ 结果] 该药物粉末在2000lx 下照射10d 后,含量无显著性差异;在40 ℃,60 ℃,80 ℃放置10d 后,同样无显著变化;在室温相对湿度为75 % 和92 % 放置10d ,后者吸湿液化,前者无论外观及含量均无变化.[ 结论] 湿度、光线对血栓烷合成酶抑制剂钠盐粉末稳定性无影响,临界相对湿度较高,相对湿度低于75 % 时无吸湿现象
[Objective] To observe the effect of different light and temperature conditions on the stability of thromboxane synthase inhibitor sodium salt. [Method] To observe the stability of thromboxane synthetase inhibitor sodium salt to light, humidity and temperature. [Result] There was no significant difference in the content of the medicine powder after it was irradiated at 2000 lx for 10 days. No significant change was observed after it was stored at 40 ℃, 60 ℃ and 80 ℃ for 10 days. The relative humidity was 75% and 92% at room temperature for 10 days. The latter hygroscopic liquefaction, the former no matter the appearance and content of no change. [Conclusion] The humidity and light have no effect on the stability of thromboxane synthase inhibitor sodium salt powder, and the critical relative humidity is higher. When the relative humidity is less than 75%, there is no hygroscopicity
