学院基于工作过程一体化的课改理念和人社部提出的技工院校一体化课程教学改革数控专业一体化课程方案(试行),结合学院数控专业的实际情况积极探索,构建了“实训基地+生产企业”工学交替的人才培养模式;建立了“工学三阶段,能力递进三层次”的课程体系;针对不同课程,形成了交互白板环境下的“高效课堂”、企业仿真环境下的“任务驱动教学”、网络环境下的“理实一体化”三种教学模式。教学改革取得可喜成效,教师队伍迅速成长,改革成果丰硕。
