目的观察参七饮治疗糖尿病性心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy DCM)的临床疗效。方法 DCM患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。两组均给予常规降糖治疗并口服单硝酸异山梨酯、阿司匹林肠溶片,治疗组加服参七饮,观察参七饮治疗DCM的临床疗效及HRV(心率变异性)、血脂的变化。结果参七饮明显改善患者临床症状,总有效率90.5%,与对照组相比(67.5%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并有效改善患者心率变异性指标、调节血脂,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参七饮能明显减轻DCM患者临床症状,改善心肌缺血状况,对患者心率变异性有明显影响,并具有调节血脂作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenqijian on diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods DCM patients were randomly divided into treatment group 42 cases and control group 40 cases. The two groups were given routine hypoglycemic treatment and oral administration of isosorbide mononitrate, aspirin enteric-coated tablets, the treatment group plus Shenqi drink, observe the clinical efficacy and HRV (heart rate variability), blood lipid changes. Results Shenqi Decoction significantly improved the clinical symptoms of patients, the total effective rate was 90.5%, compared with the control group (67.5%) difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), and effectively improve the patient’s heart rate variability index, Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Shenqi Decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of DCM patients, improve myocardial ischemia, the patient’s heart rate variability has a significant effect, and with the regulation of blood lipids.
