目前,废纸板的再生技术大部分是经过化浆造 纸,然后用纸板再加工成纸箱。过去对旧纸箱的翻新, 基本都采用以下两种方法:一是缝合、粘补,表面处 理,整体处理,重新印刷图案;二是将大纸箱拆散,重 新组合改制成小纸箱,再整形处理。这两种方法都存 在工序多、浪费大,改造后的纸箱平整度达不到要 求。为尽量节省,充分发挥废旧利用的优势,我们在现 有的基础上,将废旧纸板再利用技术进行了改进,该 技术的具体实施步聚如下:
