目的 :研究玫瑰糠疹合剂的制备及质控方法。方法 :用水煎提取法和蒸馏法结合提取中药有效成分制备玫瑰糠疹合剂 ;采用薄层层析法对合剂中的当归、白芷、甘草进行鉴别。结果 :在薄层层析色谱中能检出当归、白芷、甘草。结论 :该制剂处方合理、工艺简单、质控方法简便 ,疗效确切。是临床治疗玫瑰糠疹的有效制剂
Objective : To study the preparation and quality control methods of rose herpes mixture. Methods : The combination of water extraction method and distillation method was used to extract the active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine for the preparation of rose herpes mixture. TLC was used to identify the angelica, white peony and licorice in the mixture. Results : Angelica, white peony and licorice could be detected in TLC. Conclusion : The preparation has reasonable prescription, simple process, simple quality control method and exact curative effect.
