目的:探讨胎儿出生前超声诊断对出生缺陷的筛查准确率和筛查标准。方法:从2013年3月至2015年3月在我院出生的胎儿当中选出120例,其均具有不同程度的出生缺陷,调查孕妇分娩前进行超声诊断的效果和各类先天疾病所占比例。结果:经过临床超声检查后,共诊断出生缺陷113例,诊断准确率为94.17%。各类出生缺陷当中,神经系统缺陷发生率最高,为27.50%(33/120),其次分别为心血管系统疾病、水肿、消化系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、骨骼畸形以及面部畸形等。结论:利用超声诊断技术能够有效对胎儿出生缺陷进行检查,对于早期获知胎儿异常症状具有极高的指导意义,但这种技术仍具有一定局限性,需要进一步提高和完善。
Objective: To investigate the screening accuracy and screening criteria of birth defects by ultrasonic diagnosis before fetus birth. Methods: From March 2013 to March 2015, 120 fetuses born in our hospital were selected, all of which had different degrees of birth defects. To investigate the effect of ultrasonic diagnosis before the delivery and the proportion of all kinds of congenital diseases . Results: After the clinical ultrasound examination, a total of 113 cases of birth defects were diagnosed, the diagnostic accuracy was 94.17%. Among all kinds of birth defects, the highest incidence of nervous system defects was 27.50% (33/120), followed by cardiovascular system diseases, edema, digestive diseases, urinary system diseases, skeletal deformities and facial deformities. Conclusion: The diagnosis of fetal birth defects can be effectively detected by ultrasonic diagnosis. It is of great guiding significance for the early detection of fetal abnormalities. However, this technique still has some limitations and needs to be further improved and perfected.
