目的:为了有效综合利用虾壳废弃物,研究虾青素制剂的抗氧化作用。方法:用石油醚-丙酮-水萃取法提取虾青素,通过抑制小鼠肝匀浆产生脂质过氧化物的方法,测定虾青素制剂的抗氧化作用。结果:表明虾青素的抗氧化能力比a生育酚强得多(10(-9)mol/Lvs10(-6)mol/L)。结论:虾青素具有强大的抗氧化性能,在开发有关抗氧化作用的保健食品、药品、化妆品和食品保鲜等方面有广阔应用前景。
Objective: To study the antioxidative effect of astaxanthin preparation in order to effectively utilize the shrimp waste. Methods: Astaxanthin was extracted by petroleum ether - acetone - water extraction and the antioxidant activity of astaxanthin preparations was determined by inhibiting the production of lipid peroxides in liver homogenates of mice. Results: The antioxidant capacity of astaxanthin is much stronger than a-tocopherol (10 (-9) mol / L vs 10 (-6) mol / L). Conclusion: Astaxanthin possesses powerful antioxidative properties and has broad application prospect in the development of health food, medicine, cosmetics and food preservation with antioxidation.
