当前,若问及亿万中国居民最关心的问题,相信莫过于高涨的物价,尤其当2010年跳跃的物价蔓延到“菜篮子”、延伸至2011年时。后经济危机时代,全球共同陷入增发货币所伴生的流动性过剩的困局,中国政府也不遗余力地将稳定物价作为工作之重紧抓不懈。然而,“豆你玩”的CPI仍在不断挑战居民紧绷的神经,生活必需品价格的全面抬升,使工薪阶层的收入相对缩水,更不用提低收入阶层的捉襟见肘。古人曾云:“仓廪实,知荣辱。”回溯历史,无论中外,社会动荡均与民众的基本衣食住行密切相关。民心一旦焦虑不安,社会秩序必将面临严峻挑战。为了巩固改革开放成果,稳定物价刻不容缓。日前,我刊与上海市未来学会联合召开了“稳定物价关乎国家的长治久安”学术研讨会,来自不同领域的专家学者展开深入研讨,提出不少真知灼见。我们选登部分专家学者观点,期待广大读者积极参与讨论、踊跃献言献策。 At present, if we ask the most concerned issues of hundreds of millions of Chinese residents, we can not believe that the prices are soaring, especially when the prices that jump in 2010 spread to “vegetable baskets” and extend to 2011. Recently, I published a joint conference with the Shanghai Future Society to hold a seminar on ”Stabilizing the Price of a Nation Concerning the Peace and Order of the People".
