钙离子是重要的细胞内调节因子 ,参与了几乎所有细胞生理过程。运动心肌实验表明 ,心肌胞内钙离子的变化与产生心脏运动适应性有关。通过对钙的生理特性与功能、〔Ca2 + 〕浓度的测定方法及其评价、急性运动和耐力运动心肌胞内钙的影响以及停训后心肌胞内钙的变化的综合分析和比较 ,发现现有的运动与心肌胞内钙的研究结果不一 ,直接对胞浆游离钙变化的研究太少 ,且存在一些技术问题 ,心肌胞内钙的研究对于揭示运动心脏结构与机能改变的发生与退变有重要价值。而耐力训练停训后心肌肥大的退变机制的研究对于探索运动心脏的本质和运动员医务监督的实施具有理论价值和实践意义。
