近红外光谱分析由于具有快速、简便、无损伤等优点,在药物分析领域应用十分广泛,尤其是应用在药品检测车上,近红外模式技术在打假查劣上发挥的作用越来越突出。目前,药品检测车已经装备了大量化学药品、抗生素等品种的定性鉴别模型或定量模型。然而在中药、中成药的模型识别方面几乎还是空白。以海金沙为研究对象,通过车载近红外软件,尝试建立能控制海金沙质量的定量模型,以探讨近红外光谱在中药质量控制方面的应用。
Near infrared spectroscopy is widely used in the field of drug analysis due to its advantages such as fastness, simplicity, and nondestructiveness. Especially when used in drug testing vehicles, NIR technology plays a more and more prominent role in counterfeiting. Currently, drug testing vehicles have been equipped with a large number of chemical reagents, antibiotics and other varieties of qualitative identification model or quantitative model. However, in traditional Chinese medicine, proprietary model recognition is almost still blank. Taking Haiginsha as the research object, this paper attempts to set up a quantitative model that can control the quality of Haigansha through in-vehicle near-infrared software to explore the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in the quality control of Chinese medicine.
