本文研究了湖北钉螺与日本血吸虫、斯氏狸殖吸虫、华枝睾吸虫的共同抗原。对流免疫电泳和免疫电泳均发现抗湖北钉螺血清可与日本血吸虫15天龄、18天龄童虫,42天龄成虫,斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫,华枝睾吸虫成虫抗原反应。而中和血清和正常兔血清则不能与这些抗原反应。说明这些吸虫与湖北钉螺确有共同抗原。作者认为不宜用钉螺抗原取代血吸虫抗原诊断血吸虫病。目前对共同抗原在吸虫幼虫免疫逃避中的作用下定论还为时过早,但吸虫与螺类在发展进化史上似有亲缘关系。
In this paper, the common antigens of Schistosoma japonicum and Schistosoma japonicum, Paragonimus and Clonorchis sinensis were studied. Converse immunoelectrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis were found anti-Hubei snail serum with Schistosoma japonicum 15 days old, 18 days old, 42-day-old adult, Clostridium microti adults, adult testis adults antigen. Neutralizing serum and normal rabbit serum do not react with these antigens. Description of these trematodes and Hubei snail indeed have common antigen. The authors think it is not appropriate to use snails antigens instead of schistosome antigen diagnosis of schistosomiasis. At present, it is still too early to determine the role of common antigens in the immune evasion of fluke larvae. However, fluke and sphaeroides may be related in the evolutionary history of evolution.
