水电部第二届难加工材料切削技术交流会于1987年11月14日～17日在湖南省株洲市召开。参加会议的有水电部修造企业、部分省电力工业局、科研单位、全国刀具协会和部分工具生产厂家共56个单位的98名代表。大会收到论文21篇。这次会议除在大会上宣读论文外,还进行了27项先进刀具和先进工艺操作表演,并在现场展出新工艺、先进刀具184项。大会对部分修造厂的技术难题进行了专题讨论,组织了攻关。金属切削专家,学者和与会代表进行了座谈,对水电部门难加工材料、难加工工艺提出了合理的工艺方案和建议。
The 2nd Difficult-to-process Materials Cutting Technology Exchange Conference of the Ministry of Water Resources was held on November 14-17, 1987 in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. A total of 98 representatives of 56 units from the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Power Construction, some provincial power industry bureaus, scientific research institutes, the National Cutter Association, and some tool manufacturers participated in the conference. The conference received 21 papers. In addition to the papers presented at the conference, the conference also conducted 27 advanced cutting tools and advanced technology operations, and exhibited 184 new tools and advanced cutting tools at the site. The General Assembly held a special discussion on the technical problems of some of the repair factories and organized the research. Experts in metal cutting, scholars and representatives of the participants held discussions and made reasonable technological proposals and suggestions for the hard-to-process material and difficult-to-manufacture process in the hydropower sector.
