班级管理中,会遇到各种各样的问题。教师在以宽严相济,赏罚分明的指导思想,是管理班级行之有效的一种方法。宽与严是班主任治班的风格,赏与罚是班主任治班的手段。班主任在班级管理的过程中,只有科学、能动地展示宽与严的风格,合理、有效地运用赏与罚的手段,才能达到最佳的治班效果。一、宽严相济,宽严有度宽是班主任的一种风度,一种雅量,班主任对学生不可无宽,无宽则不亲和,不亲和就会陷入孤立,四面楚歌。严是一种威仪,一种力量,班主任对学生不可不严,不严则不能立威,不能立威则政令不行,班级管理就不能成功。宽严的运用必须把握好火候与尺度,做到宽严相济、宽严有度。
