随着我国改革开放的深入,年轻人在努力工作的同时,越来越重视自我价值的实现,对自身的职业发展也越来越关注。同时,受传统“官本位”思想的影响,使很多专业技术类人才在进入中年阶段希望跻身于管理领域;然而,由于缺乏科学的职业生涯规划,他们的职业生涯发展往往并不顺利。本文希望通过对典型案例的分析,从确定个人职业发展的目标、路径和方法到把握职业发展的环境及职业转换的时机等方面,为专业技术类人才向管理职位顺利发展提供参考。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, young people pay more and more attention to the realization of self-worth while paying more attention to their own career development. At the same time, under the influence of the traditional “official position”, many professionals and technicians are hoping to enter the middle management field. However, due to the lack of scientific career planning, their career development often does not go well. This article hopes to provide a reference for the professional and technical personnel to manage the smooth development of management positions through the analysis of typical cases, from determining the goals, paths and methods of personal career development to grasping the environment of career development and the timing of career transition.
