应用3D有限元模型,分析了传力杆对接缝传荷能力及临界荷位处应力的影响。结果表明:温度变化对设传力杆路面的接缝传荷效能影响较大,负温度梯度的作用有利于降低板边挠度值,而对于特定路面结构,传荷系数是温度和时间的函数;在计算临界荷位处温度应力和荷载应力时可不考虑传力杆的影响,对纵缝设拉杆时建议在计算温度应力时引入拉杆修正系数ktr,建议ktr=1.02―1.05。
The 3D finite element model was used to analyze the influence of dowel bar on the joint transfer load and the stress at the critical load. The results show that the temperature variation has a significant effect on the joint load transfer performance of the dowel bar. The effect of negative temperature gradient is helpful to reduce the deflection of the plate edge. For a specific pavement structure, the transfer coefficient is a function of temperature and time. In calculating the critical load at temperature stress and load stress may not consider the impact of dowel bar, the longitudinal seam is located when the rod is proposed to calculate the temperature stress when the rod correction factor ktr recommended ktr = 1.02-1.05.
