本文通过对青南地区藏族民营企业发展进行实证研究,建立了藏族民营企业发展指标体系。通过指标测算,总指标得分44.41分。宏观环境一级指标得分为47.49分,行业环境一级指标得分为55.03分,企业管理一级指标得分为35.76分,进而得出藏族民营企业改善的重点应该放在企业管理上。
In this paper, through empirical research on the development of Tibetan private enterprises in Qingnan area, this paper establishes the index system of Tibetan private enterprises development. Through the index measurement, the total index score 44.41 points. The macroscopically environment first grade index scored 47.49 points, the industrial environment first grade index scored 55.03 points, and the first grade enterprise management scored 35.76 points, then concluded that the improvement of Tibetan private enterprises should focus on the management of the enterprise.
