第一章总则第一条为了科学有效地组织统计执法检查工作,保障统计法和统计制度的贯彻实施,维护和提高统计数据质量,根据《中华人民共和国统计法》及其实施细则,制定本规定。第二条各级统计行政机关负责贯彻并监督执行统计法和统计制度,统一领导、组织本行政区域内的统计执法检查工作。县级以上人民政府各有关部门在同级统计行政机关的组织指导下,负责监督检查本部门管辖系统内统计法和统计制度的贯彻实施,协助统计行政机关查处本部门管辖系统内的统计违法行为。
