本文从Jonks—Langmuir低气压放电正柱理论出发,推导氩离子激光器输出功率和充气压力的关系,并由此求得最佳气压,讨论最佳气压的影响因素,并与实验结果相比较。
Based on the positive column theory of Jonks-Langmuir low pressure discharge, this paper deduces the relationship between the output power of argon ion laser and the inflation pressure, and obtains the optimum pressure. The influencing factors of the optimum pressure are discussed and compared with the experimental results.
