用红细胞免疫吸附法测定40例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者的红细胞C3b受体和免疫复合物花环率,用黄嘌呤氧化法测定其红细胞内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,并与40例正常对照组进行比较。结果表明,COPD患者红细胞C3b受体花环率显著低于正常对照组,且伴呼衰组显著低于不伴呼衰组;红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著高于正常对照组,伴呼衰组与不伴呼衰组之间无显著差异;COPD患者红细胞内SOD含量显著低于正常对照组,伴呼衰组显著低于不伴呼衰组。提示COPD患者红细胞免疫功能低下,降低程度与病情轻重有关。
