对我院内科收治的7种常见癌症患者治疗前的外周血象进行了统计分析,发现白细胞分类异常者最多见,表现为中性粒细胞明显增多(58～93%)淋巴细胞相对减少(37.9～68.7%),其次为贫血(12～44.8%)与白细胞总数增多(9.9～28.2%),未见类白血病反应.血小板数<100×10～9/L的病例占1.6～18%.其他异常改变只见于个别病例.对上述异常发生的原因进行了初步分析与探讨.
Statistical analysis was performed on the peripheral blood before treatment of 7 common cancer patients admitted to our hospital. It was found that the abnormal white blood cell classification was most common, with a marked increase in neutrophils (58-93%) and a relative decrease in lymphocytes (37.9- 68.7%), followed by anemia (12 ~ 44.8%) and white blood cell count increased (9.9 ~ 28.2%), no leukemic reaction. Platelet count <100 × 10 ~ 9 / L cases accounted for 1.6 to 18%. Other abnormalities The change was only found in individual cases. The causes of the above abnormalities were analyzed and discussed.
