目的:考察给予不同剂量益母草水煎液对大鼠肾脏的毒性影响。方法:取益母草水煎液,以60、30、6 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)灌胃给予大鼠,每天给药1次,连续28 d,停药后继续观察21 d。实验第28天以及停药观察的第21天时分别取大鼠的血、尿以及肾组织标本,分别检测相关的肾功能指标,并观察肾脏的形态组织学变化。结果:给药28 d,中、高剂量uTP、高剂量的TP以及各剂量组CysC、NGAL均明显升高,与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义,肾组织可见轻微的病理改变。停药21 d后,中、高剂量组肾脏指数偏大,各组CysC、NGAL未见降低,肾组织轻微的病理改变也未见明显恢复。结论:长期给予益母草对大鼠肾脏有毒性作用,其毒性影响在短期内不完全可逆。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of Motherwort Decoction on rat kidney toxicity. Methods: The motherwort decoction was given to rats by intragastric administration of 60, 30, 6 g · kg -1 d -1, once a day for 28 consecutive days. 21 d. On the 28th day of the experiment and on the 21st day of withdrawal observation, the blood, urine and kidney tissue samples of rats were respectively taken to detect the related renal function indexes and to observe the morphological and histological changes of the kidney. Results: At 28 d, the medium and high doses of uTP, high doses of TP and CysC and NGAL of each dose group were significantly increased compared with the blank control group, and there was a slight pathological change in the kidney tissue. After 21 days of withdrawal, the renal index of medium and high dose groups was too large, and CysC and NGAL of all groups were not reduced, and slight pathological changes of renal tissues also showed no significant recovery. Conclusion: Long-term administration of Motherwort has toxic effects on rat kidneys, and its toxic effects are not completely reversible in the short term.
