华能宁夏大坝发电有限责任公司自2014年与青铜峡市叶盛镇五星村结成共建对子以来,充分发挥文明单位示范带动作用,按照共建宣传新阵地、共育文明新农民、共同发展新文化、共建村街新环境、共享发展新成果的“五新”要求,积极整合人、财、物等资源,通过提供服务、资金扶持、合作交流、资源共享等方式,与五星村在精神文明建设方面共建共促。2015年以来,五星村被评为自治区美丽乡村文明创建工程示范村、吴忠市美丽乡村精神文明建设示范点。
