研究分析食道癌手术的治疗方法,并通过丰富的临床案例进行对比分析。主要以两种方法进行对比,分别是颈部吻合手术和胸部吻合手术。采样的病例共400例,并且进行各个指标上的分别对比,试探索更好的治疗方式。经过研究表明,二者的手术时间并无分别,有细微的差距但是不能够明确判断哪种方式的时间更快。对手术后的患处癌细胞进行了相应的检测,查看术后患处癌细胞残存状况,并分析手术后对胸部的影响以及手术后胸部的恢复情况及术后胃酸上反的现象,同时考察了创口口瘘的恢复情况。把分析的相应解决进行严格的数据分析,考虑实际的手术和恢复的情况,得出了以下的结论,即选用前种方式进行手术的各项指标均高于后者,进而也就论证了理论研究结果,所以,在以后进行相应的食管癌手术时,首选的方式是采用颈部吻合手术。
