选择阿克苏地区主栽核桃品种温185和新新2的1a生和2a生枝条为材料,对其进行不同低温和低温持续时间处理,采用电导法配合水培观察比较,旨在探讨两种核桃品种的抗寒性。结果表明,随处理温度的降低,核桃品种温185和新新2的1a生枝条电解质透出率明显增高,温185与新新2的2a生枝条在温度-27℃时电解质渗出率明显增高。温185核桃枝条的电解质透出率小于新新2。在水培法恢复生长试验中,温185枝条在-18℃处理时全部成活,-27℃时温185枝条全部死亡,新新2枝条在-15℃处理时全部成活,-24℃时全部死亡,核桃品种温185枝条的萌芽率大于新新2。核桃品种温185枝条抗寒性强于新新2。

In the hydroponics recovery growth experiment, all the 185 plants survived at -18 ℃, all of the 185 plants died at -27 ℃, all of them survived at -15 ℃ and all died at -24 ℃ The germination rate of walnut variety 185 was greater than that of Xinxin 2. Walnut variety temperature 185 branches cold resistance stronger than the new 2.
