本文运用多目标规划的思想方法,建立了水库水沙联调的多目标动态规划模型,并提出了三阶段逐次迭代求解非劣解集的算法。该模型为协调水库排沙减淤与兴利之间的矛盾提供了一个新的途径,所提算法能有效地克服多维多目标动态规划可能遇到的“维数障碍”。实例研究表明,本模型能方便地给出水库发电与排沙的非劣解集及相应的水库非劣运用过程,同时也验证了本模型及其算法的有效性和通用性。
In this paper, a multi-objective dynamic programming model of reservoir water-sediment coupling is established by using the idea of multi-objective programming. A three-stage iterative algorithm for solving non-inferior solutions is proposed. The model provides a new approach for coordinating the contradiction between siltation and sedimentation in reservoirs. The proposed algorithm can effectively overcome the “dimensional barrier” that multi-dimensional multi-objective dynamic programming may encounter. The case study shows that this model can easily give non-inferior solution set of reservoir power generation and sediment discharge and corresponding non-inferior reservoir operation process, and also verify the validity and universality of this model and its algorithm.
